Salon policy Deposits & cancellation
A non refundable $20 deposit is required when booking your service. This will secure your appointment. Your deposit will be taken off your service. You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel your service. Repeat offenders will be unable to book a service. If you are more then 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

Salon Etiquette
We ask that language is kept to a minimum and talk is kept appropriate to subject at hand . At no point will we accept abusive behaviour towards the staff we ask that you respect the staff and the equipment. If at any point we feel you are begin disrespectful we have the right to ask you to leave and not book you In again
Refunds & fix ups
Your satisfaction is our upmost priority. Therefore, we can offer refunds only under circumstances where there is a major failure in our services.
Otherwise, if we do not consider the failure to be major,
we are happy to remedy the problem by providing you a free service for repair or replacement at a reasonable timeframe.
lash extestions policy
If you come to your appointment not following aftercare instructions given to you by the technician, such as dirty lashes this may result in a $20 cleaning Fee
Infills must be done 2-3 weeks after your appointment to keep them looking nice and full . Your lashes must have 50% left on each eye , anything less will be considered a full set at full price
I do not refill other lash technicians work if you come to your appointment with another lash technicians lashes this will result in a full removal fee of $15 with any brand new set done by me . We will give you aftercare instructions so that it will keep your eyelashes clean and to give you good retention, so we need you to follow the aftercare and advice by us if u choice not to follow the aftercare given we are unable to fix it for you for free.
